Can someone host me a Minecraft Server?

Can someone please make my friend and I a Minecraft Server? Doesn't lag alot too! Him and I just want to make a survival series on youtube, but my laptop isn't set up for a server and his isn't either. Just him and I. Maybe one other, but we just want to make a series. We don't have the money to buy a server either. Mainly because were still kids. If so, that would be the coolest thing for you to do. Thanks if you can!
