a few questions about London Dungeon?

how jumpy is LD, and how many people jump out at you? as ridiculous as this is, i've always wanted to go, but i am terrified of people jumping out at me (seriously, you could come into my room and go 'boo' and i'll cry). i've been in a similar thing at warwick castle and madame tussauds and i was pretty much hysterical. it sucks because i would love to go on the rides/look around and i'm not actually scared of the actors, just them jumping out. so.. how jumpy is it? and is there any sort of way to avoid it when you go like being in the center of the crowd?
