Attention PC Gamers! I need your help!?

I recently purchased a PC and I love it. What i love more is the data on my hard drive. I know that hard drive have a tendency to break. I purchase most of my games through steam. I would like to know how you guys back up this data; Game saves, etc. Any response is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
