Quick: Should I ask him if we are still hanging out!?

I like this guy but idk if he likes me. So we've been texting and he asked me when we were gonna hang out.We both have free at the end of the day so we were going to go somewhere after school. I brought it up and said we should hang out someday next week and he said yeah sounds good but we never planned a day and now its already tuesday. We havent texted in a few days and idk if I should be like hey are we still going to hang out this week? what do you think? * he used to like me but he was really clingy and he found out i said that so now i think he texts me less because of that
