Jeep cherokee doors won't lock?

My 99 cherokee front doors won't lock manually or with key fob. The key fob will unlock and lock back doors like it should but not the front. I just switched out the stereo, and also did some light trail riding all in the last 2 hrs. Could I have possibly installed the stereo incorrectly causing this to happen?
