16 yr old male teenager legs inner thigh pain?

i am 16 yr old male with inner thigh pain what is it i want to know is it growing pains or it is it just a bruise because it feels like a bruise to me it is not warm my thighs are NOT swollen and they are ever so slightly red in the area or could it be the fact that i did skipping earlier
