can you connect ti-82 calculator to your computer through the usb link?

i only have a ti-82 and a ti-85 calculator both of which supposedly aren't supported by the silver link, which is the usb adapter. i only have a usb port on my laptop so this is a dilemma :P altho i heard that you can still receive data through the usb adapter on the ti-82?
