Can someone help me with Gta4?

Well I play gta4 on ps3 and I notice that there are Alot of good pilots/shooters and I am also good at both. But evreytime I play I am slow and it's annoying.. I have my own wireless conection and it's comcast. I'm wondering is there any other providers out there like verizon ect. That are better than comcast that can enhance the connection of my gameplay?. I would like to know also if you would like to add me on gta4 I'm either on GTA_MAFIA_HELi account and my AIRDRIFT_XTR account add me and we can play.
