Card better than a 9800GTX for under 80?

I have found a Nvidia geforce 9800gtx black edition for $60. I will be upgrading from my GT520 so I think its a great deal. The thing im wondering is if there is a better card for under $80 that i can buy. Another question is, will this card run borderlands 2 at a decent fps? Thank you!
