e-mailable phone hacking virus?

does ne-one know of a virus i can download and send in an e-mail to hack the phone used by the person who opens it, this person uses there phone to do e-mail, and has been blackmailing me, and i need a bit of leverage of my own so any advice would be much appreciated, btw the thing im being blackmailed about didnt hurt ne-one but if it becomes widely known i wont be able to show my face in public ne-more, ne help would be appreciated
