If you lifting weights every other day, do you use proteins supplemtments each day or only the days you lifts?
I brought some supplements to aid in building muscle and I been using only after I lift weights which is every other day, My question is do I used these supplements each day or just the days I lift weights . I been using it atfer the days I work out
