fanatsy football help?

I have to set my 2 running backs, 1 WR, and flex position this weekend. I am starting Arian Foster for one of my running back positions. Julio Jones and Victor Cruz are at WR and I have a third slot to fill too. My other WRs are Brandon Lafell and Andrew Hawkins. My RBs are Ben Tate vs. TEN, Mikel Leshoure vs. MIN, and Jonathan Stewart vs. ATL. Any ideas for how to set my remaining positions? Also should I start either the Giants Defense vs. Eagles or Cowboys Defense vs. Bears?
