10 x 10 german volume training?
well i just heard about this and dont know much about it; well i heard you only do it for large body parts like: chest, back, legs and shoulder and i also heard that you only do 1 exercise of 10 sets of 10 reps but just say im working on chest and i do flat bench, what about incline bench? and would it matter if i did like 3 exercise for back or not?
