how to get rid of beauty spots?

i have lots of beauty spots or brown spots whatever you call it, on my face and i want to get rid of them but i dont want people to realise i am doing it, want to do it naturally so dont have to buy any product or anything and also no the way with garlic, hopefully there is a way would help a lot thankyou
