how do i tell people who are positive they are doing the right thing that they are not?

people believe they are helping others to live a better life but in reality they are deciding how people should live and putting them in a certain category that maybe they dont belong in or a life that for them would be death or they are helping the same people who are the ones who are hurting others and they are responsible for creating a world without human rights
