Why am I not losing weight?
I started a diet about 3 weeks ago. I cut out all sugars and salts. I have been eating fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, and drinking water and green tea... well, I am not loseing any weight... In fact I have gained pounds. I have also noticed that my face looks more round almost swollen. I don't understand why this is happening.
