Does the ABC diet work?

Im a 14 year old girl, my height is 5'3 or 4 and i weigh 109 Ibs. :( does anyone know if the ABC diet works? Or would i be better just keeping to what ive been doing-trying to keep under 500 calories a day and occasionally fasting.
