I am a libra with a gemini moon and virgo rising?

I really don't like my signs, I respect earth and water signs alot more then air or fire, I was born October 18th 1989 and some say i am a libra scorpio cusp which would explain alot but most people say the cusp begins on the 19th my venus is in saggitarius and my mars in libra, which I don't like either I just don't like my signs at all and was wondering if anyone can offer any insight into them that I might be missing
