Getting off heroin withdrawals using fentanyl patch?

Been using heroin for 3 weeks snorting to get high trying cold turkey but i have this fentanyl patch 25mcg that is meant for 3 days.do u think the patch will help me through these withdrawls so i can just stop and no need for anymore please help
