How to import pictures from a cell phone?
I've got a Samsung phone that has pictures I need for a report on it. I plugged it into my computer using a USB cable and all the drivers were installed successfully. However, it's not coming up in My Computer, and I can't find an icon for it anywhere. I restarted the computer because I thought that's how the updates would take effect, but when I plugged it in again, the updates just re-installed. Still no icons and no evidence that the computer even recognizes it. My phone has Bluetooth and my computer is running Windows 7. Am I missing a driver or something? Any ideas?
