Have you ever been in this position?

Alright so as I said before I went on a date a few weeks ago with this guy. He is 30 (yes its legal) he made me believe he actually liked me til he started telling me he would talk or call me and he never did. I really like him and it upsets me how he couldn't be straight forward. He just messaged me complaining about drama love and work. He said there was a lot of girls out there. Then went on asking if I were mad or disappointed. After went on to say he wanted to hang out with me still. Personally I don't think I want to hang out with him anymore. He hurt my feelings how he lead me on. I feel really stupid. As if I'm not good enough or pretty to date. This always happens to me.
