Took dulcolax and now I'm scared?!?

I took a dulcolax ( laxative) yesterday around 6pm because I felt bloated and backed up. I'm not gunna lie I shouldn't have taken it. As soon as I did I regretted it. Now I've gone three times today. I'm scared it won't stop and I'm going to lose weight- I don't want to lose weight! I'm small enough! What should I do to make it go away!! I keep eating and drinking just incase. Does it make you lose weight? I took one 5mg dulcolax laxative Please I need tips!!
