Makeup foundation help?

So I have been using super stay by maybelline. I put on primer before it and maybelline shine free loose powder. By lunch I dont have that finish look I had before. I need a product that actually stays on all day. Also if it had sunscreen in it that would be good. Or like a product that is just sunscreen. I cant find a sunscreen tht dosent make my face oily. When it makes my face oily it makes my bangs oily. Even the ones that arnt sappose to make my oily it still does. My friend had one but it might her face very light. I am already really pale, I want my foundtion to help me look darker not whiter.
