Silent miscarriage, haven't yet lost the baby and I am due to go abroad in 2 days help?

Is it safe for me to go abroad in my situation. Just incase someone doesn't know what a silent miscarriage is basically its when the baby dies and my body doesn't know so I keep looking and "being" pregnant. I don't know if its safe as I can lose the baby at any time or I might not at all without medical intervention. I don't know of I'm safe to go on holiday?
