I am creating a retail program?

I am creating a retail program, I have a Person table(person_id, first_name, middle_name, last_name). I have employees (emp_id, datehired, etc...), and customers (cust_id, etc..), some of the customers are using their company name NOT the contact person's name. my question should I save the company name to the PERSON table or do I have to create another one?
