Are there things you can't go to jail for?

Ok, so obviously murder is a jail crime. But is not paying taxes, or violating copyright laws worth jail? Or what if you're an investor and you make one little mistake without knowing, can you go to jail? I just hate it when successful people are put in jail with murderers, does it happen?
