What should I sell an Lg Cosmo 1 for?

It's my old phone. My good friend wants to buy it off me. I don't wanna overcharge, but It's a phone, it's not worth 5 dollars. It's in great shape. Couple scratches is all. The cover over the charger outlet is gone. What would be fair?
