why does my hair still itch me after watch it when i have my bath, my hair itch alot even at night?

my hair itch me alot even after applying hair treatment, watch it with shampoo, it all still remain the same, i even woke up at night some time to take my bath when it start to itch me me.. please kindly help with some tips on what to do
