How is a miscarriage "heartbreaking" if you're pro-choice?

People say (pro-choicers) the fetus is just a clump of cells and is not a "baby" till birth. If a woman has a miscarriage, and she's pro-choice, she should only cry if she has to try again for a baby. Like she is sad because yet again another miscarriage, but there are pro-choicers who make websites and memorials for "their little angel" who is now in heaven. Yet they say its not a person soooo they basically made a whole web site had a whole clump of cells shower for a stupid piece of tissue. Wonder why it's called "baby shower". Also I've never heard someone say "I can feel that lump of cells kicking" congrats! The pro-choice logic is quite stupid.
