Question #5750077

Returning a replacement phone?

I had filed a claim for a stolen phone two days ago, (25th) and then proceeded to order a new replacement phone for $130. However, my phone was just found today; obviously, I should have waited a bit longer. I was wondering if I could return this replacement and receive all or at least most of my money back. I filed the claim for a stolen phone at Asurion, and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S Blaze. The replacement phone arrived today on the 27th and the package has not been opened nor touched. Should I contact Asurion about this myself or is there some sort of policy that I can't seem to find? Thank you in advance.
