Audacity Music Help Please?

Recently I just remixed a song using a audacity and I saved it. When I saved it turned into a audacity file! I wanted to download it on my MP3 Walkman device, but my MP3 only accepts MP3 files. So the question is: How do I change an Audacity file to a MP3 File?
