Please help! How much will I lose in a week?
Please do not tell me this is unhealthy or bad! I know, so don't rant about it. I'm 15, female, 5'0 and 107 lbs. If I eat about 600 calories a day, do cardio an hour long 5 days a week. How much will I be losing each week?
