my hp laptop screen has a blue tint?

So I just bought this hp laptop today and it was working just fine, then all of the sudden my screen gets this tint blue over it, I can still see the screen the only problem is this blue color tint when I look downward of the screen its the regular color but when im looking straight at it is when I see the blue tent, please help me and thank you.
