Im terrified of june bugs helppp!?

Ok i am freakishly scared of these bugs i hate bugs ecspecially those and i cant even work or practice with my sheep or walk outside if one comes near me i scream and freak out and run away please help!! I read that the traps for those attract other ones and i dont want that! So please help!!!! :(
