When an interviewer tells you to call them is that a good sign?

I had an interview last Wednesday and the interviewer said that she will give me a call next week (this week) and if I didn't hear from her to give her a call on Thursday (tomorrow) because things might get busy and she could forget. I wanted to know if it was a good sign that I might get the job if the interviewer told me to call her.
