How much does a REALLY good photo editor make per photo?

Like I mean the amazing photoshop gurus that can make you look like a makeup magazine model..those people lol How much do they make per photo? And if your familiar with what im talking about , do you know of any youtube photoshop tutorials that i can learn from...I want to find a youtube video that will show me step by step how to skin soften...the hollywood way.
