Clothing help for a skinny girl!?

I'm high school girl who is really skinny and 5'4. My school has a really strict dress code for public school and because of my recent growthburt I need new clothes. At American Eagle I am a size 0 in jeans. Does anyone know of stores where I can find cute crew neck shirts and jeans/pants without any tears or rips? Because I have long limbs it is really hard to find clothes. Also I live in Florida so it is really hot so light fabrics is a must. Any suggestions?
