So there's this guy I've had the biggest crush on since junior year.?

Actually I fell for him. Back in junior year I gave him a note saying that I liked him, but I never heard back from him. Even though we graduated school already I still like him. I fell in love with him. I think about him all the time. I only told him that I liked him. I never told him that I fell for him. What should I do? Should I tell him that I fell for him? I need advice please and thank you. Please help me. I love him, but I don't know if he feels the same about me.
