Daily exercises like jogging and push ups a must?
Ever since i completed college 7 yrs ago i havent been exercising at all. I used to climb the steps to the third floor in the college. Now for 7 yrs i have been at home and self studying and not exercising at all.. Will it affect my health in 5 yrs or 10 yrs and should i start a daily exercise program ? Also since i was 14 i used to take tablets freq for headaches and eye pain and i still take them now i am 25 yrs old bit average weight guy around 57kg
