How to dry out an open wound faster?

I have what used to be a pimple but now bruised ugly looking wound on my face because it refused to pop (eventually it did, I know, bad idea to pick and pop. I regret it now). I need some ways to make the slight bruising and swelling go away and the wound to dry up fast. I'm open to anything. But remember this is an open wound, an already popped pimple that is now just an ugly sore. So no pimple remedies. I think I know pretty much all of them anyway. Just wounds. Ways to dry them up within a week or so?
