I'm leaking clear fluid?

It's been a couple months since I've been leaking this clear fluid. I don't know if it's discharge because discharge is white and thicker. I leak very less of it and It's wet. I don't know if I have my discharge yet because of this clear fluid. I think I leak discharge at the same time because I see white things in my underwar. I also dont have my period yet.
