Should I eat even though I'm not hungry?

Hey, I'm 7 months pregnant with a baby boy and this is my first pregnancy, I usually get hungry in the morning somewhere around 11am, after I eat and take my supliments, I don't feel hungry the entire day, so I want to know, should I eat to feed baby or is he feeling the way I'm feeling? And I also eat a lot of sweets, could that be why I'm not hungry? Sorry for the essay, haha
