how do you start the journey of trying to become a national soccer player with the uswnt?

i know i was meant to play soccer , wake up every morning at 5 to run. practice everyday with my high school team and go to the gym every chance i get. i want to be on the women's USA team for soccer but have no idea of how to get there. do they have try outs or is it something else they do to pick their upcoming players. thanks
