I just don't know what to do?

I love her so much and I know that if I leave her it's going to be like ripping my heart out and stomping on it. But if I stay with her, I feel like chains are wrapped around my heart and getting tighter by the second. If I leave her I hurt. If I stay with her I hurt. I don't know what to do... Someone help me please!
