Help I think my computer got hacked!?

So I was on this website and I accidently clicked an ad and a website popped up and it said "Warning! Spyware was been installed from Microsoft on to your computer. Please contact blah blah for immediate support." Please help im really scared im on a samsung chromebook and i didnt even think u could install stuff on here :( what to do please help
