Verizon Droid RAZR M & Galaxy S3?

I currently have a Droid Razr M and I love it, i have no problems with it at all. My dad recently broke his Droid X on accident and he just got an Galaxy S3. He doesn't like it because he likes smaller phones. He asked me if I wanted it, but i am not sure. Can some one help me choose?
