What to wear to a movie fancy dress?

So i have a party soon and we have to dress as are favourite movie character... I have hardly any costumes to wear and dont want to spend out much money just for one night. Do you have any easy costume ideas that are easily found and i dont have to but much for but is still a well know movie character? Thankyou if you answer!
