Why do people always complain that "we let all them Mexercans in here n' support thems 20 kids"?

We currently have a birth rate of 1.4:1. That means that in a generation the USA will be gone! America needs Citizens to pay taxes. Citizens need children to replace themselves. Traditional, white Americans don't have kids. Either, because they are waiting for that magical day when they "can afford to have a family", or, because they are gay. So what if some immigrant kids get welfare? They will grow up to be tax-payers, contributors, and the new America! I don't get the hate?
