Why is political talk show called "The Young Turks"?

The Young Turks was a political party in the 20th century Ottoman Empire that revolted, brought down the sultan and genocided Greeks and Armenians, turning a once multicultural state that had 20% non-muslims to the present day .2% non-muslims. Why would a supposedly more-so left-leaning talk show be called The Young Turks?
