Google Pinyin on an older phone model?

Hi, I am looking to download Google Pinyin to an old Nokia Phone. The Phone has the Nokia store but not google play or even WIFi, Is it possible to download the programme to my laptop and transfer to the Phone or do I need to download it directly using the Nokia store? Thank you
